I have really sensitive skin that will get irritated with anything with harsh fragrances. I also have a really oily T-zone. I was wondering what products would be good for my skin, and isn't too expensive.

Cetaphil cleanser is awesome for my sensitive skin and it has no fragrance and doesn't irritate eyes.

Definitely Simple Skincare products! I'm the same way very oily and extremely sensitive. I use their Gel Cleanser, Toner, and Hydrating Light Moisturizer. It doesn't leave your skin irritated or feeling tight and the moisturizer soaks in fast and isn't greasy. This is the only skincare line my sensitive skin has tolerated.

Cetaphil makes a foaming face wash for oily skin and a moisturizer too. Another great drug store brand is Cerave. I have the same type of skin and I use the coal face cleanser from lush (The smallest piece lasts forever) and First Aid Beauty cleanser for oily skin which is also safe for sensitive skin.

I have sensitive and oily skin with acne too. I found it very difficult to find something to cure my acne because my skin doesn't tolerate many of drugstores acne treatments. Finally I ended with a French brand La Roche Posay and their serie Effaclar. I especially like the most purifying foaming gel and their acne treatment effaclar K or Duo. However it's a pharmacy cosmetics and it isn't the cheapest but nor the most expensive. I write this because it's the only thing which helped me a lot and I want to share my experience even thought you wrote you want cheaper solution. Good luck with finding right product for you :)

I have the same problem and I use the olay fresh effects and absolutely love it! Specifically the shine minimizer!!
