Sooo I lost my makeup bag with ALL of my makeupI do.t have enough to go buy the high end products right now.

any suggestions on products that are cheap but have good quality?
I have blue eyes, light skin (dry), and red hair

Essence eyeprimer! its so good. if you want really cheap, look for essence, catrice, nyc, elf and nyx
