What are you using right now? I think the color looks good on you. You might just need color correcting concealer.
Do you exfoliate?, That helps application as well.

I have a perfect match with covergirl & Olay cc cream, but I think it breaks me out:( so I switched to neutrogena skin clearing and it's perfect but no match for me!

Just throwing this out there if its bothering you a glycolic treatment would help w acne and dark marks it will exfoliate without irratating. cover fx also makes a primer for oily acne prone skin that contains salycilic acid its a really nice primer actually.

There are also chemical exfoliants that usually work better than scrubs; look for AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) in your cleansers.
When I had really bad acne I used Revlon Colorstay and it worked really well for me. A primer would also help.

You should compare the ingredients in what breaks you out and what doesn't; you may be allergic to something.
