I'm wearing a navy dress too my interview but I don't know what colour lip to wear.. I'm not keen on wearing a red lip to anything else but a party so is there any other options?:)

I recommend Maybelline Baby lips. They aren't exactly lip stick. It is lip balm with a tint. I have the grape vine flavor and I would definitely buy it again.

Wear a pastel pink or a plum color! And put a coat of lip gloss on top :)

I recommend a nude glowy look for the interview , pink lipstick won't really go well with navy keeping it simple is always best when going for an interview
