Two Cosmetics (http://twocosmetics.com/eyes/paint.html) has now listed, as of this post, their Paint Wheels are "some colors are not recommended for the eye area due to staining, "
This is incorrect. The reason Lady Burd (http://www.ladyburd.com/product_detail.php?categories_id=328&maincol=4), who make the paint wheels, state on their website, "HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED FOR THE AREA OF THE EYE" is due to some of the ingredients not being FDA approved.
If you bought these Paint Wheels from Two Cosmetics (or any other company that uses Lady Burd) please discontinue using those paint wheels on your eyes. The paint wheels are face safe but not eye safe.
