depends on what kind of wigs you want, I know there are alot of wigs that are made in china and sells on ebay and there are TONS of them. But if you want to make yourself one this I don't know haha, and if you want a custom one you can go to hairdressers and ask them about this sort of question they probobly will know :)

I actually do know how to make wigs and it's a very long process to do. It's not even taught in beauty schools anymore. Is it hard? Completely from scratch, yes. It's tedious and difficult. To make from hair extensions, not really. It still requires basic knowledge but it's much easier to make than completely from scratch.
Katie Bair did some tutorials years ago for cosplayers so that's a good starting point.
