@crystal z. Since you used to put all that heat on your hair i would suggest a good deep conditioner or treatment. My favorite is Extra Virgin Coconut oil (cold pressed). It is a natural and very beneficial Oil treatment. Also for more beachy waves and curls i would suggest braid-outs. When ido them on my hair it controls the frizz on my curls. Start out with freshly washed hair and put your normal curling products in (curling creams work best) then use a diffuser or let it airdry until it is damp. Then section hair into as big or as little sections as desired and braid each section tight enough to stay but not too tight. And roll the braids up in rollers or roll them up with your finger and bobby pin them. Leave the braids in until fully dry. Let me know if it works! :)

Do you have any tips for me? My hair keeps on falling out every day. And I mean a lot if it on my hair brush when I brush it out in the morning after showering. I currently use herbal essences for my shampoo and I like it but I think it may be causing this fall out. Any suggestions about switching shampoos??
