I like the Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover. But I live in Texas and HEB (which is kinda like Krogers or Albertsons) sells the generic brand for a couple of dollars less.I buy that instead, and it works just as well :)

I like the Cover Girl Eye Makeup remover but I'm intrigued to try the baby oil. When I'm out of remover I tend to swipe a little bit of vaseline on my eyes and wipe it off clean with a tissue.

I use the Neutrogena one with a cotton pad. Make sure to rinse your eye with warm water afterwards.

Urban Decays clean and sober (: It's not oil based so it wont stay on and it makes it harder to apply your makeup when the oil is still on your face. Urban Decays clean and sober is also a face wash too. So its 2 and one.
Plus the bottle is really cool. haha

My mama taught me this trick years ago. Use baby oil. Not only do a lot of them have built in conditioners, but it will get every last stitch of makeup off. Another trick is Vitamin E oil. It is a bit oily, but it actually is a treatment for your eyes at night.
