whats the best way to make small eyes look bigger?

There's a couple ways. I like to put a lighter/shimmery shade on my lid and bring my crease color up a little higher than my actualy crease. I also dont like to use liner on my lower lash line, but adding white liner to my waterlline. And fake lashes definitely intensifiy the eyes or atleast a lengthening mascara that works well for your lashes. There is also highlighting the inner corner of your eye of course, but I have hooded eyes, so I dont have one, lmao. But yeah, those are all things I try to remember when applying makeup!

I agree with everything Alexis said! Also, if you don't like the look of white eyeliner in the waterline try a nude colored liner. It looks a little more natural and still makes your eyes appear larger! :)

Try to use lighter shades of color versus really dark colors. You want to try to keep the inner part of your eye bright by putting an inner corner highlight, something really light in color. For your bottom lash line, I would suggest keeping it clean (don't use any dark liner) because this will prevent "closing off" your eyes. But you could use a nude or white (whichever you prefer) on your waterline and this will give the effect of larger eyes. One big tip would be to keep your eyelashes curled because this really opens and makes the eyes look awake.

White liner on my waterline, curling my lashes, and a light eyeshadow on my inner tear ducts works for me :)

When you apply your eye makeup but a neutral all over the lid and then a darker shade of the neutral in the crease and a little above the crease. Apply a brown shadow under your eyes to line them and line the top with the same color. Also, barely apply white eyeliner in the waterlines of your eyes. Too much white liner it will look too harsh. And then top with 3 layers of mascara top lashes AND bottom.

like most of the girls have said, you can fake a higher crease but starting it a little higher and also stay away from shadows thats a bit dark on your bottom lashline. by adding a white eyeliner to your waterline will give the illusion that your eyes are more opened. also add a little liner to your top lid will help your eyes look larger as well. and like Alexandra said, having curled lashes really helps too :)

I agree with all of the tips. Another tip is to use a bronze colored liner, instead of a brown liner. The golden flecks tend to make the eyes appear wider. Also, try not to use a black liner. Instead go for either a navy blue or a gunmetal color. They are a lot softer on the eyes.
