I really love the Sephora Waterproof eye makeup remover. It's paraben free and it's really gentle on the eyes, and my eyes are pretty sensitive. But generally, the best eye-makeup removers are the ones that are separated and you have to shake up.

Make Up For Ever's Sense Eyes makeup remover... pricey, but the most GENTLE and can take off the hardest waterproof mascaras [MUFE Smokey Lash Aqua is a pain to get off] in just one swipe.
Lancome's Bifacil used to be my favorite, but I didn't like the oilyness it left behind on my face... an even BETTER dupe that's affordable is Sonia Kashuk's Remove.
Hope that helps!
If you're looking for a natural and affordable option, jojoba oil works just as well, too!

Whenever I'm out of my L'Oreal Eye Makeup Remover, I usually take my moisturizer and a cotton ball and remove my eye makeup. It really does work !

I like using the Garnier 2 in 1 Makeup dissolver for sensitive skin. It just melts off my eyemakeup without me having to scrub like crazy. :)

I use Nivea Visage Aque sensation refreshing cleansing gel, and its is wonderful! this is a cleansing gel that removes make up like no other, it is on the cheaper side (I donnu for the us, but this was at my local grosery store so I think any drug store will carry this)

I'm still looking for a good one too. All the ones I've tried feel sooo greasy and it drives me nuts! So right now I just use moisturizer to take off my eye makeup haha. It works great for me!

I use the Mary Kay makeup remover and it works great! I think I am on my 3rd bottle of it now! It removes all of your eye makeup is not hard on the skin at all!! It's one of those liquid formulas that you shake up to combine the two solutions. Love it!

Or the Clinique Gentle Eye Makeup Remover. I just apply it to my fingertips and gently massage my eye area and then the rest of the face. I rinse it with water.

Lancome has a great, gentle makeup remover and, on the less pricey side, Sonia Kashuk's eye makeup remover is great as well. When all else fails, hit your local drug store and get Pond's Cold Cream.

I love the Neutrogena Makeup Remover too - works like a dream, even on waterproof mascara. Makeup artist Lisa Eldgridge recommends Bioderma. I have heard lots of good reviews about that, so I might try it when my current one runs out.

BABY OIL!! A little dab on a cotton pad and it takes all my eye makeup off, including waterproof. Plus its only a couple dollars! I normally hold it on my eye for a few seconds and then it wipes off in 2-3 swipes :)
