Hey, everyone. =)
I have an oily/combination skin. After 1-2 hrs prior to applying my foundation after my primer/green base, it looked ghastly. Chalky, streaky (all over) and "almost" flaky appearance (around my nose). Furthermore, the weather in my country is pretty warm all year round.
The foundation i used is Revlon Photoready 006 Medium Beige. I've come to realize that Photoready isn't suitable for my skin type and that I should go for Colorstay instead. [I learnt about it recently 0.0]. Could that be it? If so, is it possible to apply Colorstay around the oily areas (T-zone) and the rest with Photoready?
Or would you recommend me to make use of only one foundation?

It could be that the warm weather dries out your skin, you're not exfoliating thoroughly, or the foundation is not suited for you or the weather. Have you tried avoiding your nose with the primer and only using it on the oilier areas of your face?

Colorstay's and Photoready's shades are very dissparate. For example, Colorstay's lightest shades are much lighter than Photoready's lightest. If you want to use two different foundations on your face in different areas, you need to be extremely careful, IMO.
I think there are even differences between the Combination/Oily and Normal/Dry formulations of Colorstay.
Anyway, I would stick with one foundation. Also consider adjusting your skincare routine.

Wow! Thanks a lot for the heads ups, Soma & Shelly...
Why didn't I think of my "skincare routine" before?. Well, for exfoliation, i used to do it weekly. But being a lazy bum, i gradually make it every fortnight. =\
Thanks again Shelly for enlightening me about the differences between the 2.
It's just that i'm quite new to the "foundation world". I've always been using BB cream (aka Blemish Balm cream). And I wanted a full coverage so i started out buying Revlon's since i've read a lot of rave reviews by beauty addicts.
I'll work on it nonetheless and will update if there's any progress.
