My hair is very nearly shoulder length (woo!) and when it gets there I want to dye it black, I missed my mid length black hair :( but I'm such a sucker for bright colours and would really like to try some bright clip in extensions, but I don't want to pay loads for them! (Living life on a budget has it downsides >_<)
Has anyone tried extensions? And I don't mean like a full head of fake hair, just the little clip in synthetic pieces to add streaks of colour :)
I'm not sure where to get them from, we have a place called Stargazer round here and it sells them for £2.50 each, but I don't want to get like 5 of them and find out they're really bad quality :(
Help!

I know on ebay there are these synthetic feathers which are actually stips on colored hair you get 20 of them for like 6 dollars

Thanks for the links guys! I'm looking for bright colours rather than naturals though :P

The trouble I had with the synthetic extensions was that they looked so fake compared to my thick, coarse hair! It was like my hair and then a strand of Barbie hair next to it! lol I had to give them to my little cousin because it just looked silly on me! If you find any good ones please let me know because Clip in's would be much healthier for my hair than dying it the way I do every few months! haha =]

I know and love Stargazer very well but I gotta say their clip-in extension pieces just do not look right in your hair :( try getting some human hair extension streaks in blonde and then dyeing them :)

Thanks for the tip @Andrea Scarlet x! I wasn't too sure because some of their stuff can look kinda cheap :/ so now I know to stay away from the extensions! :)

there is a brand called Sleek do the small bright coloured clip ins. You could always buy blonde clip ins and use Crazy Colour to get the shades you desire

@Claire Maggie B, I might just do that, seeing as most bright clip ins look like barbie hair, as Andrea said xD
