Hey doll,
So I am in the same boat and what I have found that is inexpensive and sometimes free are the classes through beauty supplies. The ones you need your license to purchase from. In Oregon it is Malys or Cozmo Prof. I have attended cutting and color classes but I have seen makeup classes as well! So its not online but maybe you can find something there.
Good luck!

I know MUFE does free seminars for both professionals and the public, but you have to register. Their facebook page usually announces them, and I think there was one just recently in NYC.
MAC also has master classes on different subjects as well if you have a flagship location near you.
