Inglot, Makeup Forever, and Lancome have really great color eyeshadows that are extremely pigmented and are ideal for professional use. At Inglot you get to create your own palettes, you can only pick the colors you need. The quality and the price is better than MAC.

Sugarpill! Their loose pigments and pressed eye shadows are amazing! And also obsessive compulsive cosmetics. And the cool thing about both of these lines in they are both vegan : )

Wet N Wild. I know they're inexpensive, but they're great. If you read reviews here on the WnW shadows, you'll find I'm not the only one who feels this way. Also, they have a lot of great color palettes, single shadows, and trios so you won't have a hard time finding good colors.

I would look into Sugarpill for more high end, Coastal Scents for a killer price or Wet n Wild for super cheap. :)
Btw I love your makeup look and you are absolutely stunning!

I really like MAC and Urban Decay. (I wish Hawaii had an Inglot store. Although, I think now a day, I can finally buy stuff from Inglot online).
For indy brands, most def Sugarpill. The price for the amount you get, you cannot beat it! I will say, Dollipop (the pink) will stain your lid a bit. But it's nothing too bad.
But for drug store brands, I love love love Wet n' Wild. You cannot beat their color payoff and price!

Urban Decay and theBalm. If you've got a TJ Maxx/Marshalls around, definitely check to see if theBalm eyeshadows/palettes are around. I've seen them anywhere from eight to thirteen dollars.

For bright color, I love Bare Escentuals lose shadows, and Maybelline Color Tattoo...those are SUPER bright and you don't need a primer =)

Wet N Wild makes really great ones, also the Maybelline Color Tattoo ones are great. As for high end, Inglot makes really great ones, although I've only tried a couple and they're both neutrals, lol. I've heard good things about Sugarpill but I have yet to try them.

Wet N Wild make amazing eyeshadows for an inexpensive price they are so pigmented, I would also consider trying Sleek makeup they also have amazing palettes but you do have to order sleek online cause they are only sold in the UK. I would also try MAC, Maybeline and NYX

For drug store I would recommend Wet N Wild's Color Icon palettes, L'Oreal single eye shadows, Rimmel palettes and Elf shadows. For other brands, I would recommend MAC, Sephora, Lancome and Bare Escentuals.

From my personal experience I've had success with Urban Decay, Smashbox, Nars, Wet'n'Wild, and Lorac when it comes to bright shades. Since you'll be in Miami locate a ULTA where you will be staying. They carry Wet'n'Wild along with just about every drugstore....Walgreens, CVS in the area.

Sugarpill for sure, the colors are so bright and pigmented and you get A LOT of product for the price, definitely worth a try.

Urban Decay eyeshadows are some of the smoothest, most buttery formulations I've ever come across. Definitely the best.
Sugarpill is also a great brand, but because they don't have an actual store, you have to rely on online swatches/photographs to see how well the colour payoff really is.
For drugstore, Revlon have a decent colour selection (more for everyday use, as opposed to professional) with a surprisingly great formulation.
And I know you said not MAC, but they DO have one of the biggest colour range's in the industry, as do Inglot.
