Going from dirty blonde to red makeup tips

I recently scheduled an appointment to dye my hair a red-auburn color. I've never been a redhead before, and my hair is currently dirty blonde (highlights, natural mousey brown underneath). I'm a warm skin tone thats on the golden side and I have brown eyes so I've read that plum colored eyeshadows work but I'm nervous about the transition! I've only found a few articles relating to this but I need more information! Any advice is appreciated :)

Luckily auburn reds are very versatile! I've had my hair dyed many different shades of red from purple-toned to copper/orange reds. In my personal opinion, everything goes with red hair as far as makeup goes. A plus to red hair is that if you find a red lipstick that is in the same shade-family as your hair, it'll look extra amazing! If you want to start out on the safe side, I think golds, purples, and nudes look really nice with red hair.
