I need an eyeshadow primer but I don't want to spend 20$ for one, anyone have good quality eyeshadow primers for a cheaper price?

Also, Jesse's Girl has a great eyeshadow primer, which works just as good as UDPP. You can buy it: http://www.jessesgirlcosmetics.com/products/view/257
It's only $5.99. I used it this morning around 9am, its 11pm where I am, and my eyeshadows and eyeliners are still on, no creasing or anything. Give this one a try :) Its really really good!

Thank you everyone!(:
I was going to buy the Urban Decay primer potion, but I really don't think it's worth the money when I can get one just as good if not better for a lower price.

I really like using REVLON creme eyeshadows as a base. For smoky looks, you can opt for kohl pencils. So far creasing hasn't been terrible, at least for me

I think I've heard Revlon had pretty good ones, but I wasn't positive it was that brand.
Also, has anyone tried Urban Decay eye primer potion? I'm getting some with a UD palette I'm getting (it comes free) but it's pretty small. If I like it I'll probably buy it.again. Has anyone tried it already?

The REVLON ones won't work on their own, that's for sure.
Also, I don't recommend using Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance. It was disappointing. I had UDPP at one point and then it cracked for no reason. It went on to dry up after depotting, but might get it at some point lol

Oh geez lol. I guess I'll just try it out and see how I like it. I also love NYX and I've heard some pretty good things about there's so I'll probably just try some till I find one that I like.

I have shadow insurance by too faced and udpp, keep in mind what doesn't or does work well for you may not be the same out come for someone else. So really you just have to try them out for yourself because both are great products I have nyx base as well its very creamy then dries matte a little you can try there jumbo pencils as well.

I think I'll just play around with different ones until I find my match, but I'm going to start with the cheaper ones before going to the high-end.

Paladio herbal eyeshadow primer is pretty good too. I bought it a couple of days ago from sallys beauty supply. It doesn't crease for me and I have oily lids. It cost me about $6. Hope this helps :)

I hear E.L.F. has a good primer that is a "dupe" to UDPP. I'm not too sure how much it costs, possibly $3. Don't be afraid of the price, I hear it's really awesome.
As for UDPP, I have it in sin. And when I want color on my eyes and don't want to spend a lot of time on my eyes... I wear UDPP in Sin alone.

I adore UDPP - BUT if you're really trying to save $, have you tried using an existing concealer in your collection? It would also do the trick quite nicely. =)

I have one from Mark ($8), I like it and it works very well for me.

Elf's Primer works pretty well.
But if you wanted to save $, you could even make your own thats quite comparable to other brand primers. Have a container and pour in your liquid foundation/concealer and a body butter, mix it up and you have your primer! I've tried it out and it works out great as well.
