I am from England too Serenah and I agree GHD's are a must!! I have a pair of ghd's and a pair of corioliss and I notice that GHD's are 100% better they give your hair a soft silky finish and really get the roots, which is important because my hair is naturally curly.

Aw no way zuri! Yeah my hair is also natural curly so it works wonder on my hair which can sometime go quite straw like if it gets caught in the rain and hasn't been straightened :( but i absolutely agree that they are without doubt the best for straightening hair and leaving it looking amazing! :)

Farouk chi. I have been using mine for 2 years now and it makes your hair shiny and smooth as you are straightening so no matter how bad my hair is behaving it can tame it into beautiful tresses :) I bought mine at target for $120

Ive tried every brand from Remington, hot tools, conair Revlon etc. all of them stopped working after less than 18 months...until my hairstylist recommended a brand called HAI elite. She said it's better than chi. I have had this straightener for literally 5 years and it still works like its brand new. I am able to adjust the temperature from 0° to 380° and it heats up very fast. Since the flatiron is thin, I can also, make a lot of different types of curls which last until I wash them out. I can even curl my hair the night before if I have to be somewhere very early, and the curls still look great when I wake up. I just have to touch up the roots sometimes. Lol.

I like salon tech titanium straighteners! It's literally the best! It's a pro products in salons and the pro price w discount is already over 100. Titanium is the way to go, ceramic is getting a little old ;)

CHI and GHD are the best. I've had my CHI for about 5 years and its just now starting to die. Next I'll purchase a GHD.

I've had ghd and chi. The ghd unfortunately stopped working. I feel like the chi will stop soon as well ( I stepped on it by accident =X at least it was off). I want to switch back to ghd when it does

I use a wet 2 straight on my naturally wavy frizzy hair and that along with garnier fructis sleek and shine makes my hair pin straight and gorgeous. It goes up to 430 degrees and has vents in it so any moisture left in your hair can escape and not ruin your hair. I got it for around $25 at target, i love it.
