MUA is available in the UK. I placed an order with them last month and had to pay more for shipping than I did for the actual makeup (I live in California). If you also live in the US and don't want to pay as much for shipping, you can try eBay or Amazon.

Neither MUA nor Superdrug ship to the US. :( CVS is actually carrying a couple of MUA palettes on its website, but not the ones I want...
