What is some advice so that I can get more views instead of sub4sub or whatever. Also, I am trying to be a YouTube Partner so I can be like other gurus like Kandee and AndreasChoice :) I'd really love to meet them one day...

I would suggest making videos that a lot of people, beginners especially, go onto YouTube to search for! Such as whats in my purse, smokey eye tutorial, beachy waves, how to scrunch hair, how to use liquid liner, hauls, OOTDs, everyday neutral makeup tutorial, and just everything like that...I think you get the point :)
