Im in 7th grade and trying out for my schools cheerleading team how is my heel stretch? Its not the best but i just learned how to a couple of days ago? RATES? Lol (:

Why ask on Beautylish? I'm in dance and I have close friends that are cheerleaders, and yeah you'd have to get it much higher.

Keep stretching your splits on that leg I've done cheer for 3 year soon you will be able to do a bow an arrow

Hey girl, I'm the cheerleading captain at my school(: that looks really good just make sure you lock the leg that's staying on the floor it will give you more balance and look nicer to :) also you have some good height there but if you want it to be even higher ( which you really don't need ) just stretch a little everyday !

Okay if u don't know what these are look them
Up 1. Straddle stretch 2. Pike stretch 3. Butterfly 4. Deep lunge hold it then slide into splits (putting your head to your knee can push you farther) 5. When you get your split lean forward and back this will improve heel stretch y scale needle and scorpion 6. Wall splits help scorpion and needles even if you can't go all the way if you can do a wall over splits which you can also do in the ground with books or pillows I hope these stretches help!!! Stretch as much as you can!!!! Don't get hurt bys

I was a cheerleader two years ago , it's hard work , but there's more than one kind of cheerleading . There's accual throwing people in the air and then theirs like what your doing - school cheering . Don't worry , it's easy . If you realy want help , sign up for gymnastics . That's the best thing you can do for cheerleading

I am 13 and on the high fly all star team. But when i was 6 i started and my heel stretch was like that but i kept stretching and now i am a flyer and have to do bow and arrows and scales in the air. Also try the splits and it will help to stretch a lot :) hope this helped xoxo 🎀

Oh also you can look up stretches on YouTube! That helped me a lot! :)
