Cleanse. Tone. Moisturise. My morning and evening routine. And don't put to much makeup over them because they will just get worse. Also, don't pick them! From the pic they look bloody and the blood and puss will just spread more around. Good luck xxx

Try wiping you face with neautrogena pink grapefruit face wipes then applying a spot treatment like clearasil four hour it works like a charm.
