Honestly I say you leave it like that but a white shirt underr leave it open wear black pants andd ill look nicee trust I have one but its just lighter.

I have one too but lighter! I don't button it up & I wear it with printed leggings. I also don't like my sleeves so I button the cuffs & roll them a few times so it's like a mid sleeves shirt. Hope it helps!

Roll up the sleeves, leave unbuttoned and tie at the bottom.

You could cut the sleeves off and add studs on the shoulders for a edgy look or lace maybe even a floral pattern for a softer look. You could even run lace on the back of your shirt. Top part shoulder to shoulder. Or you could just put some sort of embellishment on the collar only :)
