So I sleep really wild and my hair does not often cooperate if I don't have enough time in the morning what can I do before I go to sleep so my hair is not a big stress in the morning?

Do you shower in the morning or at night? If in the morning try showering at night & blow drying your hair or take it early enough to let your hair dry so the next day all you need to do is style it. Like the ladies said putting it in a bun helps it from tangling & frizzing. Or previously mentioned curlers. Xoxo.

You should take all your hair and make a bun right at the top of your head and the next morning it will b full of volume and ready to shine!!

Two pieces of advice which save my butt in the morning: at least put your hair in a low pony or a high bun before you go to bed, and use a wide toothed comb in the morning when you brush it. The low pony keeps your hair from becoming a frizzy, tangled mess and the bun will make it voluminous. The wide toothed comb prevents frizz while pulling out tangles gently.

I looked at your picture & noticed that you are a woman of color like me. Although the ladies did give good advice, our hair type is quite different and requires different maintenance. My best advice to you, if you decide to put your hair in a bun, is to have satin or silk pillow cases because our hair tends to dry out a lot more. I found that the best way for me is to wrap my hair at night, cover with a silk / satin scarf and all I have to do in the morning Is quickly comb my hair down or style it. Your hair will thank you for it. Make sure your hair is always moisturized before you sleep so that in the morning it will look healthy and shiny. Hope this helps :)

Curlers are another option too. But I'm just a bit too lazy to do that every night, if you do decided go go that route, make sure you're hair is moisturized (I use morrocan oil from local beauty supply) and wrap hair like previously mentioned.
