I think it depends on the wearer's individual body shape. Obviously, if one is a bit rounder than most, bell-bottoms would only serve to exaggerate that roundness/stockiness. However, on a tall and lean body, the bell-bottoms would be quite fashionable. Versatile, as well - they can be used to create a chill, laid back kind of vibe, or paired with a graphic tee and other accessories for a punk-ish type style.

Actually I have Really thick thighs and I love wide leg jeans and flares because I think they even out the width of them and draw less attention to them.
