You could try hair chalk but I don't know how well it works on dark hair and it'll only stay in for a day. You could get hair mascara too which will stay in for a day and will show up a lot better! There really is no way to dye it though without lightening it first. Hope this helps!

If you want a lighter color you can put lemon juice in your hair and go out in the sun for a few hours, or you can also put honey in it. If you want auburn you can use henna powder. If you want unnatural colors you can use soft pastels that artists use mixed with water.
