Need New Eyeliner

Ok Soo I've been using the Maybelline Define-A-Line eyeliner. It's ok but that won't smudge and overall just looks really great. And ideas?? It could be high or drug store.

Milani LiquifEYE pencils are amazing. They're really creamy and pigmented, but once they set they don't budge.

Rimmel "special eyes" I used to use the same eyeliner as you and switched 5 years ago and have been using the Rimmel one ever since! I love it! Just make sure you get the special eyes one NOT the soft kohl one

L'Oreal Extra Intense Liquid pencil liner is good but be careful if you wear contacts. I do & it smudged on my eyes like crazy & irritated them so I had to switch. I've been using Rimmel's ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal liner & doesn't bother me one bit. That one also comes in different colors.
