Have a look online for Kim Kardashian highlighting tutorials :) I have no idea how you could lighten them permanently other than lots of sleep and healthiness :( all that boring stuff

I have the same problem and im only 13! Right now the only full proof way to hide them that i have found is concealer. Try sleeping with two pillows at night to elevate your head, make sure to eat healthily, and get enough sleep. If you cant get rid of them try seeing a dermatologist to see if it is just a bloodvessel that is too close to the skin, there are a few procedures you can have done but they have some risks.

I use Revlon ColorStay Concealer (not "blemish concealer") all around my eyes, even before applying eyeshadow. I use a color that is a shade or two lighter than the color of my face because my under eye is so dark. If you are very tan don't go with something too light because you will end up looking like you have white circles around your eyes!

I have the same problem. It's genetic - even in my kids photos I had them. I apply an orange corrector (you might need salmon or apricot since you're lighter than me). Then I apply foundation. Then I apply a concealer slightly lighter than skin tone on under eyes and eyelid.

This tips definitely helps you to cure DARK EYE AREA.
• Soak about four almonds in water over night. In the morning, grind these almonds along with some milk to make a paste. Apply this mixture for about 15 minutes and follow this remedy for about 2 weeks to achieve desired results. This is one of the oldest natural home remedies for Dark Skin.
• A mixture of one teaspoon of fresh cream and a pinch of turmeric can be applied on the face for the treatment of Dark Skin. Simply washing the face with milk also serves as one of the most successful home remedies for Dark Skin.
