For their price I think they are pretty good, especially the eye brushes. The only face one I have used is the blush brush and it tends to leave "hairs" behind on my face that I have to go back and pick off. For the most part I give the brushes a thumbs up.

The small eyeshadow brush from SK is the best! hands down.

The crease, eyeliner, and eyeshadow brush are all nice. I found the smudge brush to be a little to stiff for my liking and use the UD Wonder brush instead. The lip brush is also nice, I forgot I had that one. And it has a cap so you can carry with you in your purse and not worry about it getting lipstick all over stuff. I got those 5, the blush brush, foundation brush (haven't tried) and a brow brush in a set together for $12 or $13 at Target.
