Which palette is the best out of Naked 1, Naked 2, or Naked Basics. Not price, size, I want by the quality, and which one you recommend.

Check out the Lorac Pro Pallet, I personally like it better than the Naked ones(:

I don't know about those but I really like the Hard Candy ones.

I personally think the naked 1 has very unique colors, so if you have a rather large eyeshadow collection already I'd go with that. The naked 2 is a great stater though and has nice neutrals. I feel the shadows are both the same quality in both palletes, blend able and compliment each other nicely
