A deep red would look great, I had red hair before! Bleach it first of all, sorry but it's true, you don't have to go extreme bleach blonde but at least a light brown. Highlight kits work best because they're more concentrated! But I think it'd be smart to go to a salon. Tell them you want something deep but bright, unless you wanna end up with an almost black >.< haha this was me before

I don't think you have to bleach your hair before hand. That would be really damaging to your hair, and your hair looks warm and light enough to grab color anyway, I have the same color as you and when dying my hair deep red I've never had to bleach my hair.

Haha each hair types different I guess, I had to bleach mine for mine to grab the color.

It wasn't super unhealthy after but I used coconut oil masks in my hair and now it's healthy as ever!

If you have the time test a red on a strand to see how well your hair grabs color, but there's nothing worse than dying it red and coming out auburn haha as much as I love auburn
