My hair is a little unhealthy right now, and my hair appointment is tomorrow, my hair dresser wants to ombré my hair because its the perfect color to do so right now, would it make my hair a lot more unhealthy to go light on bottom for the ombré?

Yes it would. Just trim it, and let your hair be natural for a while. Give it a break from heat, dyes, and harsh chemicals. Treat it with some coconut oil.

Try to let your hair rest maybe get it trimmed and wait for your hair to repair its self.

It will because the dye has harsh chemicals in it. However, if you use an oil treatment right after (don't worry your color will stay) and wait a week ans start using hair masks :(
