For about a week or so, I've been using more makeup than I would usually use because celebrations and all. Anyway, I've noticed a problem with my left eye.
On the skin I put liner on had recently became irritated and rough, a little swollen even. Its not an allergic reaction because my other eye is fine.
It has only affected the skin where I usually line my eyes and the wing. The rest of my lid is fine. I don't know why its just on my left eye and not my right.
Its definitely a liner problem. Other than Maybelline's gel liner (that I put Bio-Oil in because it dried a bit a few weeks ago), I've been using two liquid liners, Essence's I Love Punk Jumbo eyeliner and Nyx's Collection Noir Liquid Black Liner.
Please let me know if you have had these problems and what had caused them. How to stop the irritation and any other tips and etc.
Thank you! <3

Don't wear any eye makeup until it gets better! If you feel necessary, go to a dermatologist and bring all the products, including your eye makeup remover. And lastly, don't touch! Touching will make it more irritated and swollen.
My friend had this problem a while back but it healed quickly

Hi there! Sorry about your eye problem. This actually sounds like a hygiene/contamination issue to me. If your product dried out then unfortunately the best thing to do is throw it out and replace. We all are guilty of keeping our personal faves longer then we should sometimes. If you need a cheap replacement, in the meantime try Elfs gel eyeliners at only $3 a pop. I would recommend only keeping your eyeliners for about 3 months same with mascara. Hope this helps! Louise Manns, Makeup Artist

Maybe it's a stye. Try putting warm water on it for a few minutes.
