I use either neutrogena grapefruit or Clean n Clear morning burst which is in an orange pump.

Pure tea tree oil will naturally eat away the bacteria and heal the pimple, as well as heal scars.
Or try spot treatments. Burt's Bees and Neutrogena make good ones. :)

It doesn't get rid of them but drink plenty of water throughout the day and you'll not have to worry about getting rid of any spots. water has saved my skin so much.

Toothpaste is good and I recommend any dermalogica products.

I used to have bad acne, but proactive cleared it all up! The scars are gone too! I don't even use face makeup anymore!

I agree with natasha try tooth paste because it will dry out the zit. Growing up I would put toothpaste on my zits at night and just go to sleep with it on and then in the morning they were gone or at least a lot smaller.

Sudocrem, nappy rash cream from the pharmacy. Cheap & brilliant, tiny bit dries up the spot and reduces redness.

I agree with Caroline on the sudocrem.
