Can anyone recommend a beauty book or website or anything? (Excluding YouTube videos by "beauty gurus")
I'm pretty makeup savvy, but I still would like to know more! Like what kind of makeup is good for certain skin types, how to apply makeup better, what is good/bad for tour skin, etc :) any help is appreciated!
I think I might like to do makeup on the side while attending college, can anyone also help guide me in that direction?

I'm sorry but I said I didn't want any YouTube channel recommendations :) I've watched them all already. I would like something by professional makeup artists. But thank you! :)

You can go to mac counters and ask them to teach you more about it. Also if you have a sephora nearby, they know a lot of skin and makeup applications.

I would check out makeup blogs. Even if they're not by a profession they're still very interesting and you can learn a lot. (: I have one if you want to check it out.

Try popular magazine websites, they usually have decent beauty pages.
