Besides going to the salon and trimming off this wreckage that is my ends, what else can I do to keep them moisturized? What do you girls use in terms of treatment?

I got some Tresemme Split Remedy leave-in conditioner. I just wait until my hair is almost dry after I get a shower, then I just put some on my ends. It has helped so much!

Deep condition! If you don't have a hair mask, use your normal conditioner and put stuff like serums, leave in sprays, hair oils, and anything else to help condition it. Shampoo then apply your conditioning cocktail in your hair and put it up in a shower cap for 20-30 minutes. The longer the better! Applying heat (blow dryer) will also help as it opens up the hair cuticles so the conditioning properties can penetrate into your hair.

Thanks girls! I did a hot oil treatment today and it feels much softer and nicer. I gotta get a trim though! That's where most of my problems are stemming from, I'm sure.
