Try products with Shea butter or you can get pure Shea Butter. It works wonders for dryness and mends split ends.

Try macadamia oil and just apply it to the ends of your hair when it's wet, let it dry naturally and then re-apply it on your ends when they're dry and just try doing that on a regular basis. I find it really works!

I recommend the macadamia oil line! They're a bit pricy, but if you can decide on one product you think will benefit you more you'll notice a difference in the softness and shininess! I personally like the leave in conditioner & the repair mask. Good luck!

Nothing can repair split ends. Yes you can make it all soft and shiny, but once they're split, they are split. You gotta cut 'em.

i know you said you dont want to cut them. well, cut only the VERY ends off. not even an inch. that way you can keep the length :) thats what i do! you just have to do it every two weeks

Deep conditioners and oil treatments can soften the hair, but it will not mend split ends. The only thing you can do is cut them off. But if you cut off your ends, then your hair will grow back faster because they aren't splitting!
