Girl, you look cute as heck as you are! You have a beautiful lip shape, so maybe you can accentuate that with bold lips? You also have fantastic cheekbone structure, so you could also accentuate then with a contouring bronzer. Lastly, the winged eyeliner is really cute on you, so you could pair that with a sort of light, matte smokey eye. I hope I helped!

Your eyeliner looks good. But for a different look you could do the line thinner, do different colors of eyeliner. Or, I also think you'd look good with minimal eyemakeup and then a bold lip.
