Okay so I wouldn't say my eyebrows are "thinning" but the beginning of them are VERY faded and I were to have them waxed I would look crazy. I'm only 13... What should I do?

I would say go get them waxed by a professional first. Its cheap and you won't have to worry about looking crazy, because they will know exactly what shape your eyebrows should be for your facial structure and such( :

Get them threaded! Waxing stretches your skin and can causes premature sagging if you do it too much.
