Go to the doctors if it's bad mine were super bad because I reacted to the cheep earrings :(. The doctor gave me a name of a really good cream and liquid of my ears. I would rub the liquid on the holes after I took out the earrings then (with good earrings) I took the cream and dipped the back of the earring into it do when I put it in my ear it would go into the hole! Mine was so bad I had to go home from school one day :/ hope this helps.

I agree with Amy with my piercings I always used the sea salt just a pinch of it with warm tap water and a cutip and it helps moisten the piercing and it doesn't get infected! I uses it for my lip, industrial, nose, and belly it helped me a lot!!
