Over-night DIY Acne Treatment?

I have a big event tomorrow, and just got a zit. Any over-night DIY treatments with things I already have?

Cut an Advil liquid gel in half (careful they'll fly across the room) and put the liquid stuff in side on it and it'll take the redness out and reduce swelling, just put moisturizer on it too, flaky skin can look just as bad. Hope this helps
