I go to school all day and I always end up putting my hands my face and all my makeup ends up coming off. I have tried a few primers and stuff but they don't really help much. Maybe it's my foundation or something?

Maybe. Have you tried setting spray?

If your skin is kind of oily even after you wash your face, thats probably why. Try not to over moisturize your face before applying the other products. You could even maybe go right to the foundation and only moisturize dry spots. The key is to set the foundation with a powder though. It also might be how much energy you use up at school, PE? Another thing you could try is lightly dampening a cotton ball or pad with rubbing alcohol and then wipe your face with it, keep away from eyes/mouth/nostrils so you have a clean surface of skin to work on.
