Haven't tried dd but if you want less coverage that feels like you are wearing nothing and you want spf, primer, moisturizer n anti agingbenefits that improve your skin while wearing it then go bb or cc - foundation provides much better coverage but often feels heavy and requires primer to last all day and even then it sometimes still fades after a few hours - bb n cc cream is a one step application although less coverage it saves time and often I find they last longer than foundation - my fave bb is by tarte and it really lasts 12 hours and right now I'm trying out cc's right now I actually like the yes to grapefruit one and the clinique one too.

I really love DiorSnow BB cream and it is the only one I've found that is full coverage, plus it smells awesome.

Dianna said it! It's all about improving my skin to me. I also wear the tarte bb. It does take some getting used to. To me the application was slightly different from foundation and I found the hd powders work great for staying power with my bb,cc or tm.

My skin for the most part is pretty clear and I've only explored the bb creams. My Garnier bb cream for oily/combo skin offers great coverage and stays with me till I remove it at night. Overall I think bb,cc and dd creams are better than the usual tinted moisturizers. If you're fair skin definitely look into the original bb creams.

It really depends on what you're looking for in a BB/CC cream. Most American BB creams are more like tinted moisturizers but that's not neccesarily bad because they're supposed benefit your skin not offer coverage. And as far as Asian BBs they actually have tons of skin benefits and really do combine skincare and makeup, the only downside is shipping and what not. But yeah, if you're looking for perfect coverage and stuff then BB/CC creams might not be for you but if you're more concerned with benefits then definitely bbs.
