Hii girlies, I know this is kinda weird and never been asked before. but my friends and I had an idea of being totally spies or the teenage mutant ninja turtles for halloween but I have no idea what to wear or makeup wise?? do you have guys have any ideas??

Wow, I forgot about Totally Spies! You could wear colored skinny jeans or thick leggings with long sleeve tees that match the color, a thick belt, and boots. For makeup I would do a cat eye with peachy-pink blush and lip gloss. If you are able to, circle lenses will emphasize the cartoon effect (but see an optometrist first).
