So I had this one pimple on my check & I swear I didn't touch it!! But now it turned a black/purple! It's not swollen it looks flat! How did this happen?!

Maybe it's an ingrown hair?? They can cause irritation and tend to be a darker color.

It was a regular pimple. I don't have much hairs on my face , it's like a few cent emitters bellow my eye.

I don't mean to gross you out, but my boyfriend has pimples that turn purple-y and once he squeezed it and it was just blood. so from observation I'm guessing yours might just be blood too. But his bled a lot when he popped it!

It sounds like a scar.. Some spots do scar. I would just leave it alone, it will fade.

Go to a skin doctor to check it out. My doctor gave me this gel that has a chemical peeler so that you can in a way erase your scars. :)
