How do you describe cool tones and warm tones,I mean what's the difference? :)

Cool tones have a more blue tone an warm tones are more pink, a good way to tell which you are I to look at your veins, if they appear more green then you are a warm tone, if they appear more blue then you are a cool tone :)

cool undertones are those with pink in it and warm are the ones with a slight yellow on their akin... anyone can have either no matter the lighter or darker the skin is, there are neutral which pretty much is a combination of pink and yellow to their skin tone... but for instance MAC makes their foundation with the NW(neautral warm) and NC(neautral cool) undertones bur they get confusing because the NC is for yellow undertones and NW for pink undertones... hope this helps a little.
