Hey girls, I'm looking for a silver eyeliner that won't smudge for my Halloween makeup look. Any suggestions? (Preferably under $10)

I believe the brand Milani has it. It's probably the best eyeliner I have from a drugstore. It stays for the whole day. It's a liquid eyeliner. You need a really good makeup remover, though.

I have a Milani pencil silver eyeliner and I love it. I use it in my water line every day and it withstands quite a bit

I have some from Victoria's Secret that was surprisingly alright.. I've never really tried their beauty products but it was a reasonable price and quality for the small amount of time that I need it.
