Wavy hair overnight?!

I wanna get beach waves with no heat... And I just French braided my hair in two sections.. But usually when I do this when I take them out in the morning my hair looks like a mess and un even any suggestions?

You can split your hair into two pieces and braid it after you get out of the shower.

Same with me - when I do a french braid overnight, it doesn't turn out too well in the morning; fishtail braids work really good for waves!
