Next year I turn twenty so I have decided that I want to start using anti aging creams just to prevent and protect my skin from wrinkles. Just wondering if any good drug store brands that could be recommended. Preferably with SPF and for oily/combo skin(:

You don't need to use anti aging creams until 25, it's when your skin stops producing its own collagen. Anti aging creams doesn't prevent. They are to already solve the problem. Doesn't make sense that you use a cream that contains something that your skin already produce. I think its worse because those creams are heavy and may clog your pores. Prevent is to keep your skin clean and moisturized and take care of it. I honestly do not recommend you to use them until you need them. :))💜

Hoo! And the best way to prevent is to protect it from sun damage. So no matter your age you should be using SPF. ;)

Thanks! SPF is always a must but I'm just curious since I want to have an idea in what to look for in case I were to need them(:.

😆Well I'm almost 27 and I started to notice my skin becomes more thirsty so I started using vitamin E oil and olay total effects eye cream for me that's a good start lol and that olay eye cream is great smooths the skin and helps with dark circles I'm in love with it 😆😆

Sunscreen is the best anti-aging product! Best to prevent the problem than treat it :) make sure you're using broad spectrum UVB/UVA SPF 30+ Also, retinoids are good for anti aging, along with Glycolic acid, anything that stimulates cell turn over.. But when using these products, sunscreen is extremely important.

I've heard amazing things about Origins' "A Perfect World" Skin Guardian. It acts like a shield to prevent free radical damage and I think it also sort of acts like a primer. I have yet to try it personally, it's $54 that I just don't have at the moment, but its one of the first things I would love to buy when I've got money coming in again. Also, I agree with everyone that has suggested SPF. The sun is the thing that will do the most damage. Also, don't forget to moisturize your neck and collarbone area. The neck is one of the first places to show age. You don't want to have a really youthful face and then a not-so-youthful neck lol. You could also add an eye cream. I wouldn't go for anything that says anti-aging on it yet, just a hydrating one.

I really think it depends more on your skin not your age for when you should be using anti aging because I'm 20 and have wrinkles on my forehead already but that was due to me taking poor care of I.e. tanning in a tanning bed, not taking my makeup off, not moisturizer. although I do agree with the rest of the ladies about protecting from aging without using anti aging products.
