Here are a bunch of acne tips: bit.ly/Ze1HKQ
Try the Dermalogica Clean Start kit. It's pricey, but it is SO worth it. You can try to get a sample first and see how it works for you; I saw a major improvement after just two washes.
I would also talk to your dr. about it; they will be able to prescribe a topical gel or medication that will help with the breakouts as well as the scarring.
P.S. Can I just say that your eyebrows are fabulous!

My best advice to you is to see a Dermatologist. I've been going probably for about 3 or 4 years now and my acne has improved SO much. I was prescribed a sulfur face wash, spot treatments and the antibiotic Doxycycline. The drugstore face washes and creams never worked for me. They irritated my skin so much which I why I recommend seeing a professional instead of using DIY treatments, or drugstore acne products. I promise it'll help! They can also prescribe you things for the acne scars/marks. Good luck <3.
