Is this any good for putting onto super dry irritated sensitive skin before a good night's sleep? does anyone out here use this and for what :)?

Well its a cleanser not a moisturizer. they have moisturizer from this line as,well.

I used the moisturiser too. Everything is burning my face. I'm super freaked I might have rosacea or god knows what. this dry weather is playing against my skin.
